Steven Chait leads the EMEA region for Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Based in London, he joined Burdale Financial Limited in 1992 and has been involved in all aspects of the business, including: accounting, relationship management, credit, and new business development. He was instrumental in growing Burdale from a small private-equity-backed trade finance company into a well respected and successful leader in asset-based lending, now part of Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Steven qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen after graduating in accounting and economics from Manchester University in the UK.
